The Multi-protocol RF-BM-2340A2I module integrated CC2340R5 IC, which is a newborn member of the CC2340Rx modules family, instantly appears in public. As the same as RF-BM-2340A2, RF-BM-2340A2I is also a UART Bluetooth LE module with 12 available GPIOs that simultaneously supports ZigBee 3.0, SimpleLinkTM TI 15.4-stack, and Proprietary system. What’s the highlight is its IPEX connector to extend more antennas and tiny size design (15.2mm x 11.2mm x 1.7mm). Due to multiple extensive antennas, rich peripherals interfaces (e.g. UART, SPI, I2C, etc.), and low-power consumption with a standby current of less than 710 nA, the CC2340R5 module enables you to quickly create your portable IoT products and devices.

Supporting BLE 5.3, ZigBee, SimpleLink™ TI 15.4-stack, and proprietary 2.4 GHz protocols, CC2340 modules are suitable for smart home, fire safety system, consumer electronics, etc.

Flexible Antenna Options

The different RF output modes of RF-BM-2340A2I module, such as the half-hole ANT RF pin and IPEX connector, are designed for longer-range applications.

Rich Resources

The same as CC2340R5 modules, RF-BM-2340A2I is integrated with an in-system programmable flash of 512 KB, enough ROM for bootloader and drivers of 12 KB, and an ultra-low leakage System RAM (SRAM) of 36 KB.

High-Performance RF

Its output power reaches up to +8 dBm with temperature compensation, and the receiving sensitivity is optimized to -96 dBm for BLE 1 Mb/s and -102 dBm for BLE Coded PHY 125 kbps.

Serial Port (UART) Protocol

RF-BM-2340A2I is embedded with the BLE5.0 transparent transmission protocol (serial port protocol) to realize rich functions with AT commands.
